Booking & Pricing

How is the towing price calculated?

Instant tows ("Tow For Now") use a fixed per-km rate based on distance, vehicle type, and time of day. Scheduled jobs ("Quote For Later") let you receive competitive quotes from multiple providers — you pick the best price.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. We don't add hook-up fees, fuel levies, or admin charges after the fact. All pricing is calculated and locked in before you confirm.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes. You can cancel a booking from your dashboard. If the provider hasn't started the job yet, you'll receive a full refund. If the job is in progress, refund eligibility is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

How do I get a quote for a scheduled tow?

Use our "Quote For Later" service. Enter your pickup location, destination, vehicle details, and preferred date. Up to 5 verified providers will send you competitive quotes to choose from.

Payments & Refunds

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, a world-leading payment platform. Your funds are held securely and only released to the provider once the job is completed.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure Stripe integration.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Full refunds for cancellations before job start are typically processed within 5-10 business days. For disputed jobs, our team reviews and resolves within 48 hours.

For Tow Truck Operators

How do I sign up as a provider?

Click "Join as Provider" on our homepage. You'll need to provide your ABN, driver's licence, and proof of insurance. Our team verifies your details and you can start accepting jobs once approved.

How and when do I get paid?

Payments are released to your connected bank account once a job is marked complete. We use Stripe Connect for fast, secure payouts.

How do service areas work?

You choose your service areas down to the suburb level. You'll only receive job notifications for pickups (and optionally drop-offs) in your selected areas.

Safety & Trust

How are providers verified?

Every provider must submit a valid ABN, driver identification, and proof of insurance. Our admin team manually reviews and approves each application before they can accept jobs.

Can I track my tow truck?

Yes. Once your provider is en route, you can track their location in real-time on a live map directly from your booking page.

What if something goes wrong during the tow?

Contact us immediately through the options below. We take all issues seriously and will work with you and the provider to resolve the situation. Payment protection means your funds are held until the job is completed satisfactorily.
